PUTTING ETCHING PLATE IN FRONT OF NATURAL ENVIRONMENTS
I've decided to take a more natural approach to figuring out composition, and to combine architecture with natural environments without using editing techniques. I love the use of the acrylic plastic as it is transparent so you can see the cityscape and sky behind the etching. Its almost like the buildings I've etched on to the plastic, are part of the scenery, or massive buildings towering over the rest of the city. I could also attempt at painting over the building sections so that no background is shining through and just leaving the windows as they are so the sky projects through them, possibly looking like reflections on the glass.
